High Density Polyethylene

High density polyethylene, or HDPE, is used to make a variety of bottles and containers. It offers high levels of mechanical and chemical resistance, and is more resistant to mineral oils, acetone, and hydrogen peroxide than PET bottles, which is why HDPE is frequently chosen to hold acid-based cosmetics, and even cleaning products. HDPE has been approved for use worldwide as it does not contain BPA, phthalates, heavy metals or allergens.

In our production, we use InnoPlus HDPE because of its outstanding mechanical strength, good weathering resistance and excellent product appearance.

InnoPlus high density polyethylene is made during low-pressure polymerization during a slurry process at Mitsui Technology. This technology offers a wide range of melt flow rates and density that gives InnoPlus HDPE excellent processability. Excellent production control and specific raw material selection mean InnoPlus HDPE complies with international standard regulations i.e., U.S FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and EU 10/2011. InnoPlus HDPE also meets the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) according to 2002/95/EC.

Our HDPE injection molding and manufacturing capabilities are wide and flexible, ranging from container volumes of several dozen ml to over 1 L. We can also design and produce a HDPE mold dedicated for your product or run production on a mold provided by you.
